ASICS Men's Bomba Short - Lightweight Running Shorts for Training & Soccer - Quick-Dry Comfort for Sports & Workouts

First off, I am a fan of Asics clothing and shoes and have plenty in my closet and drawers if you don't believe me. I read the reviews and they are all pretty accurate, but wanted to put my two cents in since I mostly run and cross train/workout at the gym.Anyway, the positive: they are very lightweight and almost feel like you are wearing nothing at all. The shorts are about knee length which I tend to like since I wear a compression layer underneath (Nike Pro Combat, to be exact) and when they are longer than the shorts I wear, I think it's a bit tacky. Negative: the drawstring is pretty terrible/cheap, but the waistband still helps keep it up.Overall, I do LIKE them, not love them. I bought them to mostly run in because most of the running bottoms I see/read about have an inner liner and this does NOT, so I bought them. I would say that this is a good "hybrid" that you can mostly work out in and when running, not have to worry about too much sweat due to the fact that they are very light and breathable. Good workout short, not a great running bottom.
